P aglierino con screziature verdoline.
Profumi di nespola, prugna gialla e
tiglio ben integrati. Al palato mostra una
stuzzicante sapidità e un'acidità decisa,
che bilanciano la rassicurante morbi-
dezza. Ritorni agrumati nel finale.
Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.
TAGLIATELLE CON SUGO DI GRAN-
CHI
R osso rubino con riflessi granato.
Marasca, viola appassita e tabac-
co, note di chiodi di garofano in sotto-
fondo. In bocca è avvolgente grazie alla
suadente alcolicità e ai tannini setosi
che stimolano una beva di grande strut-
tura ed equilibrio. Balsamico e speziato
in chiusura. Maturazione in barrique
per 18 mesi. SPEZZATINO CON

Alcohol 13% - €14 - Btls. 4,000
Straw yellow hue with yellow-green
highlights. Well-mixed scents of
medlar, yellow plum and linden. On
the palate, it shows tantalizing flavour
and clear acidity, which balance the
comforting softness. Citrus recalls in the
finish. Aging in steel for 6 months.

R uby red hue with garnet
highlights. Scents of morello cher-
ry, withered viola and tobacco, notes of
cloves on the base. On the palate, it is
enveloping thanks to a persuasive alco-
hol content and silky tannins that stimu-
late a great structured and balanced
drink. Balsamic and spicy finish. Aging
in barriques for 18 months.
