di salvia, anice e pesca bianca dise-
gnano le sfumature del quadro olfattivo,
al quale i profumi di tiglio e biancospino
fanno da cornice. Sorso misurato con
tratti iodati. Fresco e sapido, lo zenzero
accompagna il lungo finale, fino a incon-
trare la radice di liquirizia. In acciaio per

iallo paglierino vivace, è di buona
consistenza. Naso fortemente
caratterizzato da ricordi marini e di
iodio. Salvia, mentuccia e dolci fiori
bianchi. Beva sapida e rinfrescante, con
un corpo centrato ed equilibrato.
Persistente e fine, esce in fondo l'aroma
di mela prima celato. Maturazione in
