Sentori che vanno dal lime alla
mandorla amara, con lievi ricordi di
frutta acerba. Spunto salmastro. Al pala-
to si distingue per la spiccata freschez-
za, corredata da sapidità. Chiusura che
si prolunga su toni agrumati ed erbacei.
Vinificato in acciaio per 5 mesi.
LASAGNA BIANCA CON VERDURE

ubino dai riflessi violacei. Naso frut-
tato ricco di rosse maturità, dalle fra-
gole alle prugne, profumi che culminano
con accenti di arancia sanguinella. Erbe
aromatiche e cenni di ginepro. Bocca fre-
sca, sapida, carnosa ed esuberante che ci
accompagna con elegante persistenza
verso i ricordi fruttati iniziali. Matura in
acciaio per 6 mesi.

ness, from strawberries to plums, blood

ce. Aging in steel for 6 months.
