antico. Consistente. Sentori di pom-
pelmo rosa, mimosa, alloro, crosta di
pane, pepe bianco. L'assaggio denota
grande equilibrio e struttura importante.
Abbina giusta acidità a morbidezza e chiu-
de lungo e piacevole con una punta ama-
ricante. Maturazione in botte di cemento
vetrificato per 6 mesi.

profumi di anice, frutta cotta, ginestra
appassita, nespola. Il sorso è caldo, mode-
