dorato. Delizia il naso con intriganti
profumi di geranio, mallo di noce, anice,
pepe bianco e mela cotogna. Sbuffo
iodato. Al sorso regala sensazioni calde,
morbide e avvolgenti ma stuzzicanti per
sapidità e freschezza. Piacevoli note sal-
mastre nel lungo finale. In acciaio per 11

dorate. Tarassaco, mango e camo-
milla emergono da un bouquet dove si
affacciano anche sentori eterei. Al pala-
to mostra una grande struttura e indugia
su una suadente e avvolgente alcolicità.
Termina con nuance di frutta a polpa
gialla. Fermenta e matura in anfore di
terracotta per 11 mesi.

gold. On the nose, intriguing aro-
mas of geranium, walnut husk, anise,
white pepper and quince. Iodine puff.
On the palate, it offers warm, soft and
enfolding sensations but tantalizing for
savor and freshness. Pleasant salty notes
in the long finish. In steel for 11 months.

aks. Dandelion, mango and chamo-
mile emerge from a bouquet with also
ethereal hints. On the palate it shows a
great structure and lingers on persuasi-
ve and enfolding alcoholicity. Finish
with shades of yellow-fleshed fruit.
Ferments and ages in terracotta ampho-
