aglierino luminoso. Emana profumi
di biancospino, sambuco, erba
tagliata, mandorla verde, pietra focaia.
Sbuffi marini. La bocca è dominata da
acidità importante, ma mai invadente.
Buono l'equilibrio, sicuramente ha stof-
fa per l'avvenire. Matura parte in accia-
io e parte in cemento per 10 mesi.
ROLLÉ DI VITELLO CON FUNGHI

iallo quasi dorato. Complesso e
nitido al naso, con note di tarassa-
co, cera d'api, cannella, prugna gialla,
nespola. Un soffio di pistacchio. Sapido
e grintoso l'assaggio, di grande carattere,
con bella acidità salmastra che accom-
pagna tutto il percorso gustativo. Finale
lungo e caldo. In acciaio e parte in
cemento per 10 mesi. SEPPIE RIPIENE

traw yellow hue. It releases scents
of hawthorn, elder, cut grass, green
almond, flint. Salty puffs. The palate is
dominated by important but not invasi-
ve acidity. Good balance, still in evolu-
tion with good perspective. Aging par-
tly in still and partly in cement for 10
months.

Complex and clear nose, with
scents of dandelion, beeswax, cinna-
mon , yellow plum, medlar, A whiff of
pistachio. Savory and lively on the
palate, great character, with good salty
acidity that accompanies the tasting.
Long and warm finish. In steel for 10
