fumi di fiori gialli, mimosa e gine-
stra. Frutta esotica e mela cotogna, con
ricordi erbacei di finocchietto. In bocca
ha un buon equilibrio tra la fresca sapi-
dità e la morbidezza alcolica. La lunga
chiusura ricorda la mandorla tostata.
Maturazione in acciaio per 10 mesi.

CONIGLIO IN PADELLA CON LE OLIVE

aglierino intenso e brillante. Naso
variegato tra sentori floreali di rosa
gialla e mimosa, fruttati di cedro, nespo-
la e mela. Tocchi di confetti alla cannel-
la. Sorso fresco ma avvolto dal calore
dell’alcol. La persistenza chiude con
note vegetali di mandorla verde. Matura
in botte di vetroresina per 7 mesi.

aromas of yellow flowers, mimosa
and broom, then exotic fruit and quince,
with herbaceous scents of fennel. In the
mouth, it has a good balance between
fresh savor and alcoholic softness. The
persistent finish recalls toasted almonds.
Maturation in steel for 10 months.

Variegated nose with floral scents of yel-
low rose and mimosa, and fruity notes of
cedar, medlar and apple.Touches of cinna-
mon sugared almonds. Fresh sip but enve-
loped by alcoholic warmth. The persisten-
ce closes with vegetal notes of green
almond. It ages in fiberglass barrels for 7
months.
