plum . The taste is enveloping and materic,
with good softness and overflowing salinity.
Grapefruit scents lead to a dry finish, with
a pleasant toasted note of barley malt. In

ivid ruby red hue, of great consistency.
Blackberries and ripe cherries, viola,
currants, red roses and sweet tobacco,
eucalyptus, rhubarb. On the palate, the tex-
ture is sumptuous, with incisive warmth
and an intriguing acidic-savoury verve. The
tannic texture is exemplary and a light bitter
finish gives it a harmonious drinking length.
Stay in barrique for 13 months.

este luminosa d’oro antico. Burro,
camomilla, frutta secca e fieno,
ginestra e prugna gialla. Il sorso è avvol-
gente e materico, di buona morbidezza
e straripante salinità. Il pompelmo tra-
scina verso una chiusura asciutta, con
una piacevole nota tostata di malto d’or-
zo. Sosta in anfora di terracotta per 18
mesi.

DI CONIGLIO
R
osso rubino vivido, di grande con-
sistenza. More e ciliegie mature,
viole, ribes, rose rosse e, ancora, tabac-
co dolce, eucalipto, rabarbaro. Al pala-
to la tessitura è sontuosa, con un calore
a tratti incisivo e una verve acido-sapida
intrigante. La trama tannica è esemplare
e un leggero finale amaricante regala
un’armonica lunghezza di beva. In bar-
rique per 13 mesi.
