G iallo paglierino. Sentori di prugna,
mimosa e timo, con tracce iodate
in sottofondo. Di ottima struttura,
mostra un'avvolgente alcolicità ravviva-
ta da un'adeguata freschezza e un'intri-
gante sapidità. Sfocia gradevolmente in
ricchi aromi floreali e di frutta a polpa
gialla. n RISOTTO ALLA GRANSEOLA
P aglierino smagliante. Pesca e gine-
stra, con nuance di maggiorana. Al
palato è intenso e di ottimo equilibrio,
con una sferzante acidità e una suadente
morbidezza. In chiusura emerge una sti-
molante sapidità arricchita da ricordi di

Straw yellow hue. Hints of plum,
mimosa and thyme, with iodized
traces in the background. With an excellent
structure, it shows an enveloping alcohol
content enlivened by an adequate fresh-
ness and intriguing flavor. It pleasantly flows
into rich floral aromas and yellow-fleshed

B right straw yellow hue. Peach and
broom, with marjoram nuances. On
the palate it is intense and of excellent bal-
ance, with a lashing acidity and a persua-
sive softness. In the finish, a stimulating
sapidity emerges enriched with flavors of
