osso rubino, con evoluzione al gra-
nato. Al naso è ricco, con successio-
ne di polvere da sparo, visciola, frutta
cotta, tabacco, cacao, fiori appassiti,
china. In bocca esibisce potenza. L'alcol
e i tannini evoluti delineano un assaggio
asciutto. In chiusura è piacevolmente
amaricante. Fermentato in cemento, evol-
ve in legno piccolo per 48 mesi.

The nose is rich with scents of gun-
powder, sour cherry, cooked fruit,
tobacco, cocoa, withered flowers, cin-
chona. On the palate, it shows power.
Evolved alcohol and tannins delineate a
dry taste. Pleasantly embittering in the
finish. Fermented in cement, it evolves
in small wooden barrels for 48 months.
