R ubino dai riflessi granato. Pervade
il naso con sentori di viola appas-
sita contornati da sfumature eteree di
iodio. Fanno capolino foglie di tè nero,
tabacco, marasca. All'assaggio è pulito,
avvolgente con tannini appena ruvidi.
Ottimo finale persistente e succoso. In
barrique per 12 mesi. ARISTA DI
MAIALE AL FORNO
L impido rubino, appena trasparente.
Olfatto articolato su fiori leggermen-
te appassiti, peperone, pepe nero, prugna
rossa. In sottofondo lievi ed eleganti sento-
ri affumicati. Al sorso è teso, con evidente
nota alcolica. Tannini ancora vivi ma
composti. Ha grinta e persistenza sottile
ma lunga. Maturazione in barrique per 12
mesi. MANZO IN CROSTA CON
CIPOLLINE

Ruby hue with garnet highlights. On
the nose, scents of withered viola
surrounded by ethereal nuances of iodi-
ne. Peppermint leaves, black tea, tobac-
co, morello cherry. On the palate, it is
clean, enveloping with slightly rough
tannins. Excellent persistent and juicy
finish. In barriques for 12 months.

C lear ruby hue, slightly transparent.
On the nose, scents of slightly
withered flowers, pepper, black pepper,
red plum. In the background, light and
elegant smoky hints. The sip is tense,
with evident alcoholic note. Vivacious
but composed tannins. It has strength,
light but long persistence. Aging in bar-
