P aglierino. Sfoggia un naso impron-
tato sulle note della frutta matura
ma ancora croccante. Pera, pesca, albi-
cocca, banana. Poi camomilla e gine-
stra. Sorso fresco ma al contempo caldo
e avvolgente. Finale di frutta esotica. In
acciaio per 4 mesi. POLLO SAUTÉ AL
MANGO
G iallo paglierino luminoso.
Bouquet intenso di fiori di camo-
milla, ginestra, mimosa e rossa gialla
che lasciano spazio anche a nespola,
mela gialla e pesca. Lievi sfumature che
ricordano le erbe aromatiche. Al gusto è
generoso in corpo e calore, tuttavia ben
bilanciato dalla vena fresco-sapida.

enveloping at the same time. Exotic fruit

Straw yellow hue. On the nose,
notes of ripe and yet still crunchy
fruit. Pear, peach, apricot, banana.
Then chamomile and broom. Fresh sip,
warm and enveloping at the same time.
Exotic fruit finish. In steel for 4
