naso, con profumi di pomice,
anice stellato, frutta tropicale. Infine
note di erba tagliata. Rotondo e ricco è
l'impatto al palato, la sapidità è ben
integrata all'acidità. Finale amaricante.
Vinificato in acciaio, una parte in barri-
que.

decisi di cuoio, humus e terra
bagnata, iris e prugna rossa. Bocca
austera, a tratti contrastante, dal tannino
ancora evidente. Matura in legno gran-

nose with scents of pumice, star
anise, tropical fruit. Then cut grass
notes. Round and rich impact on the
palate, the savour is well combined
with acidity. Embittering finish. Vinified
