G iallo dorato. Regala eleganti pro-
fumi di ginepro, anice, noce
moscata, mandorla secca e pistacchi.
L'impronta gustativa è minerale e calda,
di timida sapidità. Chiude con un
abbraccio fruttato. Acciaio per 12 mesi.
CAPESANTE AL FORNO
R osso granato, di poca trasparenza.
Cattura l'olfatto con immediate
sensazioni di fiori leggermente macera-
ti, more in confettura, tabacco e cacao.
Saporito e corposo, presenta un tannino
rigoglioso; bella alcolicità che cede il
passo al finale fruttato. In acciaio e bar-

Golden yellow hue. It provides ele-
gant scents of juniper, aniseed,
nutmeg, dried almond and pistachio
nuts. The taste is mineral and warm,
with timid savour. It closes with fruity
hints. In steel for 12 months.

G arnet red hue, with little transpa-
rency. It catches the nose with
instant feelings of slightly macerated
flowers, blackberries in jam, tobacco
and cocoa. Savoury and full, it has lush
tannins; beautiful alcoholicity that gives
