fiori di acacia e ginestra, fieno, sal-
via e pepe bianco. Scambia agrumati
accenti di cedro con fruttate intuizioni
di nespola e prugna gialla. Ricco ma
agile e decisamente vitale, si dimostra
proporzionato e distinto da affilate sen-
sazioni. Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.
RISOTTO SPINACI E SQUACQUERONE
R ubino. Floreali ricordi di viola,
geranio e lillà si uniscono a tè
nero, humus e foglie di menta disidrata-
te. Miscela cacao, caffè e ginepro con
un’anima fruttata fatta di ciliegie, more,
prugne e mirtilli. Muscoloso e tonico,
propone vibrante freschezza e pondera-
ta aderenza tannica. Intriganti conclu-
