ed elegante con sambuco e gine-
stra, mela cotogna, nespola e litchi,
timo e foglia di pomodoro, tocco di
buccia d'arancia. Personalità e volume
al palato dove morbidezza e alcolicità,
sapidità e freschezza danzano in armo-
nia. Scia balsamico-mentolata e di frut-
ta esotica. Riposa in cemento per 6
mesi. MAIALINO ALLO SPIEDO

ivace rosso rubino. Sentori di chiodi di
garofano, vaniglia, tabacco. Note bal-
samiche, prugna sotto spirito e fiori appassi-
ti di rosa e viola. Humus e sottobosco defi-
niscono e chiudono l’olfatto. Persistente in
bocca, si modella cremoso, grazie al tanni-
no elegante, lungo la spalla alcolica che
non abbandona l’appagante struttura.
Matura in rovere e cemento per 15 mesi.

quince, raspberry and lychee, thyme and
tomato leaf, a touch of orange peel.
Personality and volume on the palate where
softness and alcoholicity, freshness and
savour dance in harmony. Balsamic-men-
thol and exotic fruits trail. In cement for 6

vanilla, tobacco. Balsamic notes,
plum in alcohol and withered rose and
viola. Humus and undergrowth define and
close the nose. Persistent on the palate,
creamy, thanks to the elegant tannin, long
alcoholic note that does not modify the
pleasing structure. Aging in oak barrels and
