iallo paglierino lucente. Il naso apre
con lievi profumi variamente vegeta-
li di mandorla verde, bosso, asparago e
erba di prato. A seguire mela verde e fiori
di campo. Al palato è caldo e dalla eviden-
te freschezza. Finale agrumato di mandari-
no. Solo acciaio. ROTOLINI DI ZUC-

olor rosso rubino che esprime gio-
ventù. Bouquet odoroso di amarena,
ciliegia, rosa rossa e glicine, note di tabac-
co e noce moscata. Sottobosco. Ben pre-
sente il tannino che fa presagire un’ottima
evoluzione futura, coerentemente con
l’aspetto visivo. Persistenza speziata nel
retrogusto. Trascorre in legno 12 mesi.

by green apple and wild flowers. On the
palate, it is warm and with evident fre-
shness. Citrous finish of tangerine. Only

taste. 12 months in wooden barrels.
