A
ffascinanti sfumature smeraldo. Il
naso è intenso e fine, note di lime,
aneto, erba cedrina, salvia. Mela e tiglio,
mandorla verde. Sorso appagante,
caldo, ma mitigato da elevata freschez-
za; generosamente morbido quindi di
ottimo equilibrio. Vigoroso nel corpo,
schietto nel carattere, accurato nel ricor-
do. Vinificato in acciaio per 9 mesi.
STOCCAFISSO ALL’ANCONETANA
R
osso rubino cupo con riflessi por-
pora. Olfatto ricco in cui spiccano
la viola, il ciclamino e l'eucalipto, il
geranio. Frutta rossa in confettura, caffè,
pepe nero e noce moscata. Gusto pieno
che ostenta un tannino muscoloso con
alcol e glicerina degni comprimari.
Lunga chiusura con riverberi di frutta
rossa e geranio. Struttura per ulteriore
evoluzione. In tonneau per 9 mesi.

lime, dill, lemon verbena, sage. Apple
and linden, green almond. Satisfying
sip, warm, but mitigated by high fre-
shness; generously soft and therefore
excellent balance. Vigorous body, clear
character, accurate recalls. Vinified in
steel for 9 months.

highlights. Rich aroma with viola,
cyclamen and eucalyptus, geranium.
Red fruit in jam, coffee, black pepper
and nutmeg. Full taste with strong tan-
nin, alcohol and glycerin. Long finish
with red fruit and geranium recalls.
Structure in evolution. In tonneau for 9
