nespole. A seguire lieve pietra focaia e
cenno salmastro. Emergono in ultimo
sensazioni leguminose. Al gusto si pre-
senta caldo, secco e fresco. Indugia un
po’ la morbidezza. Solo acciaio per 5
mesi. TIMBALLO ALLE VERDURE

olore paglierino tenue. Approccio
olfattivo di acacia, biancospino e
frutta tropicale. Sentori erbacei di car-
ciofo. Palato pulito, non spigoloso.
Buon equilibrio tra alcol, freschezza e
sapidità. Finale che punta sulla fre-
schezza. Resta in acciaio per 5 mesi.
