C olore dorato, velo di cipolla. Al
naso regala sentori salmastri, frutti
di bosco, fiori secchi. Timidamente sul-
fureo. Morbido e caldo in bocca, denota
una spiccata forza alcolica, protagonista
di un finale persistente. Sosta in acciaio
per 6 mesi. FRITTATA DI ASPARAGI
R osso rubino impenetrabile. Viola e
ciclamino in evidenza su fragole
in confettura, mora, mirtillo e sandalo.
Al gusto esibisce struttura e tannini vivi,
confermando le sensazioni percepite
all'olfatto. Finale gustoso di mirtilli
rossi. In acciaio per 6 mesi.
