G iallo paglierino, riflessi verdolini.
Naso delicato, spicca una nota
imperante di mandorla verde; seguono
fiori bianchi di acacia e tiglio, giuggio-
la e agrumato di cedro. Struttura ben
evidente, con alcol e glicerina ai quali
risponde la vivace freschezza che
equilibra e induce al sorso successivo.
Finale su richiami di mandorla verde e
agrumi. Matura in acciaio per 7 mesi.
GRIGLIATA DI TACCHINO
R osso rubino con riflessi porpora.
Sentori di frutta rossa, ciliegia,
lampone, prugna. Leggera nota di
humus. Al palato denota discreta strut-
tura e intensità gusto-olfattiva, con tan-
nino ben inserito e inquadrato nel gioco
delle morbidezze e durezze. Chiude su
scia fruttata. In acciaio per 9 mesi.

Sraw yellow hue with yellow-green
highlights. On the nose, delicate
with a relevant note of green almond
followed by white floral scents of aca-
cia and linden, jujube and citrusy of
cedar. Evident structure with alcohol
and glycerin, lively freshness that
balances and invites to drink. Finish
with hints of green almond and citrus.
Aging in steel for 7 months.

highlights. Hints of red fruit, cher-
ry, raspberry, plum. Light note of
humus. On the palate, it denotes a
discrete taste-olfactory structure and
intensity, with well inserted tannins in
the game of softness and roughness. In
