olore giallo paglierino con vivaci
riflessi dorati. Elegante di rosa gialla,
ginestra, zagara, pesca nettarina, melone
e mela golden. La bocca è esaltata dalla
freschezza e dalla sapidità, ben bilancia-
te dalla struttura possente. Il finale è lungo
e intrigante, arricchito da fini sensazioni
di salvia e melissa e lieve nota minerale di
idrocarburi. In acciaio per 12 mesi.
BRODETTO DI PESCI DELL’ADRIATICO

aglierino con riflessi dorati, luminoso.
Intensi profumi di mandarino, poi
erbe aromatiche, anice stellato, note bal-
samiche, floreali di ginestra e frutta matu-
ra. In seguito aromi caratteristici, quali
mandorla matura, vaniglia, pepe bianco,
su fondo salmastro. Il sorso è appagante,
saporito, di personalità e potenza. Chiude
con scia di zafferano e burro di arachidi.
Matura in cemento vetrificato.

highlights. Elegant scents of yellow rose,
broom, orange blossom, nectarine peach,
melon and Golden Delicious apple. The
palate is enhanced by freshness and savour,
well balanced by an impressive structure.
The finish is long and intriguing, enriched
by fine sensations of sage and lemon balm
and a slight mineral note of hydrocarbons.

traw yellow hue with golden highlights,
bright. Intense aromas of tangerine,
then aromatic herbs, star anise, balsamic
notes, floral scents of broom and ripe fruit.
The typical aromas, such as ripe almonds,
vanilla, white pepper, on salty background.
The sip is satisfying, tasty, with personality
and power. It closes with a trail of saffron
and peanut butter. Aging in vitrified cement.
