viola carnosa, cardamomo, felce e
pepe rosa. Palato garbato, morbido, di
grande godibilità. La chiusura riporta
ad aromi floreali. Maturazione in accia-

osso granato, con riflessi violacei. Al
naso un défilé di cioccolato fonden-
te, cuoio inglese, corteccia di pino e rose
rosse appassite. Sorso accattivante, gusto-
so. Sorretto perfettamente dalla freschez-
za che lo distende snellendolo. Lunga
persistenza che insiste con frutta rossa
polposa. Fermenta e matura in legno pic-

pid. Puffs of dehydrated plum, fle-
shy viola, cardamom, fern and pink pep-
per. Gentle and soft on the palate, very
enjoyable. The finish brings back floral
