iallo paglierino vivido. Naso acca-
rezzato da ginestra, pesca gialla e
fresca nota di maggiorana. Elegante
agrumato di mandarino. L'assaggio pro-
pone un corpo interessante, fresco ed
equilibrato, con persistenza imperniata
sulla sapidità e che rimanda a echi di
fiori gialli. Matura in acciaio per 8 mesi.
RISOTTO AI GAMBERI DI FIUME

osso rubino impenetrabile. Olfatto
ampio e variegato con riconosci-
menti di china, rabarbaro, marasca, frut-
ti rossi sotto spirito, fiori rossi appassiti.
Nota vegetale di foglia di pomodoro.
Sorso strutturato, caldo, dotato di una
trama tannica possente ma ben integra-
ta. Lungo finale su scia amaricante che
riecheggia la china. In acciaio per 6 mesi

fresh note of marjoram. Elegant citrus of
mandarin. The taste offers an interesting
body, fresh and balanced, with persisten-
ce based on savour and that refers to
echoes of yellow flowers. Aging in steel

mpenetrable ruby red hue. Wide and
multi-scented nose with accents of cin-
chona, rhubarb, morello cherry, red fruits
in alcohol, withered red flowers. Vegetal
note of tomato leaf. Structured, warm sip
with powerful but well integrated tannins.
Long finish on an embittering trail that
echoes cinchona. In steel for 6 months
and in barrique for 18 months.
