iallo paglierino con vivaci riflessi ver-
dolini. Bouquet floreale di sambuco,
glicine, biancospino e ginestra. Seguono
bergamotto, nocciola e mandorla verde. Al
gusto è fresco, sapido, equilibrato. Chiude
con sensazioni salmastre e toni amaricanti
di mandorla verde. Maturazione in acciaio
per 5 mesi. INSALATADI TOTANI, ZUC-
CHINE E SEDANO

ubino tendente al granato. Chiodi di
garofano, pepe nero, fiori rossi appe-
na macerati, geranio, ciliegia sotto spirito.
Vaniglia e caffè. In bocca è pieno, con fitta
trama tannica e acidità che assistono la per-
sistente chiusura. Ricordi di ciliegie sotto
spirito. Matura in barrique per 12 mesi e
affina a lungo in bottiglia. TAGLIATA AI

highlights. Floral bouquet of elderber-
ry, wisteria, hawthorn and broom.
Followed by bergamot, hazelnut and green
almond. The taste is fresh, sapid, balanced.
It closes with salty sensations and bitter
tones of green almonds. Aging in steel for

uby hue tending to garnet. On the
nose, hints of cloves, black pepper,
freshly macerated red flowers, geranium,
cherries in alcohol. Vanilla and coffee. On
the palate it is full, with a dense tannic tex-
ture and acidity, long finish. Recalls of
cherries in alcohol. Aging in barriques for
12 months then in bottle for a long time.
