Profumi di mimosa appassita e
giuggiola accompagnati da nuance di
vaniglia. In bocca è di grande intensità e
indugia sulle morbidezze. Coerente nel
finale con copiosi ritorni di frutta e di
spezia dolce. Acciaio per 6 mesi e bar-

osso rubino con riflessi violacei.
Sentori di amarena e geranio,
accenni di ginepro in sottofondo. Al
palato è di buona struttura e mostra una
componente tannica ancora verde che
potrà esprimersi ancor meglio più avan-
ti. Aromi di ribes in chiusura. Matura in
acciaio per 6 mesi e in barrique usate
per 6 mesi. CODA ALLA VACCINARA

mimosa and jujube accompanied by
nuances of vanilla. In the mouth, it is of
great intensity and lingers on softness.
