iallo paglierino luminoso con pre-
ziosi bagliori dorati. Al naso elegan-
ti profumi di mandorla e sambuco arric-
chiti da nuance di pesca. Di grande strut-
tura, mostra una sapidità decisa e un'aci-
dità sferzante, nonché un'avvolgente mor-
bidezza. Raffinati aromi erbacei in chiusu-
ra. Da apprezzare fin da subito, potrà
mantenersi ancora nel tempo. In acciaio
per 10 mesi, poi lunghissimo affinamento

All'olfatto intensi sentori di noccio-
la tostata, tarassaco appassito e paglia.
Al palato indugia sull'acidità e sulla
componente sapida, rivelando una
buona struttura. Cenni di frutta secca
nel finale, dove si percepiscono note
evolutive. Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.

scents of almond and elder enriched with
nuanced of peaches. Of great structure, it
shows a clear savour, harsh acidity and
enfolding softness. Immediately apprecia-
ble, it will maintain its characteristic for
long. In steel for 10 months, then long refi-

streaks. On the nose, intense hints
of roasted hazelnut, withered dande-
lion and straw. On the palate, it lingers
on acidity and savory component, sho-
wing good structure. Scents of dried
fruit in the finish, with evolutionary
notes. Aging in steel for 6 months.
