fi di scorza di agrumi, mela annur-
ca e pera williams. Dispensa anche fra-
granze di pesca bianca e mandorla
verde. Sorso fresco e dinamico con
ritorni sapidi e agrumati che caratteriz-
zano il finale. Acciaio per 4 mesi.
CALAMARI ALLA GRIGLIA

este paglierino luminosa, è consi-
stente. Piacevoli percezioni florea-
li di camomilla, giglio, gelsomino, gine-
stra, tarassaco. Emerge l’erbaceo di timo,
rosmarino e salvia che lasciano spazio
anche a note mielate e fruttate di pesca
e di agrumi. Appagante in bocca con la
sua morbidezza che regala nel finale
una buona persistenza. Matura in accia-
io per 4 mesi.
