di tè verde, erba fresca e aghi di
pino. Agrumato di cedro poi acacia e
biancospino. Riempie il palato con la
sua massa, restando agile e verticale,
improntato su freschezza e componente
sapida. Lungo il retrogusto verde di man-
dorla, ancora sapido. Fermentazione e
maturazione in acciaio e in botte grande

impact of linden, broom and cha-
momile, followed by nuances of plum
and white melon. Hints of aromatic
herbs. Caressing on the palate, it warms
the cheeks and tends to balance, sup-
ported by an acidic component. Savory
finish with notes of lemon verbena. It
evolves in vitrified cement containers

green tea leaf, fresh grass and pine
needles. Citrusy of cedar then acacia
and hawthorn. Full-bodied, on the the
palate, remaining agile and linear based
on freshness and a savory component.
Long green aftertaste of almond, still
savory. Fermented and aged in steel and
large barrels for 12 months.
