anto dorato. Sfumature di smalto e
sapone aprono la strada a mandor-
la, fieno, frutta essiccata. Folate di anice
stellato, pepe bianco e nespola. Secco,
dalla percezione alcolica decisa, ma smor-
zata da timida freschezza e pacata sapidi-
tà. Sfuma lentamente richiamando spunti
di nocciola tostata. Maturazione in cemen-

osso rubino con sfumature granato.
Geranio e fiori in via di appassimen-
to. Marasca, prugna rossa e orzo tostato sui
quali aleggia un respiro balsamico e ferro-
so. Al gusto mostra un'imponente dotazio-
ne alcolica ingentilita da guizzi di fre-
schezza e dal tannino deciso ma compo-
sto. Elegante, sicuro ed equilibrato, sfoggia
una lodevole persistenza dai ritorni iodati.
Matura in botte d'Allier per 36 mesi.

give way to almond, hay, dried fruit.
Puffs of star anise, white pepper and
medlar. Dry, with a strong alcoholic per-
ception softened by slight freshness and
savor. It fades slowly recalling hints of roa-
sted hazelnut. Aging in cement for 36
months.

uby red hue with garnet highlights.
Hints of geranium and withering flo-
wers. Morello cherry, red plum and roasted
barley with balsamic and ferrous hints. On
the palate, it shows an imposing alcohol
component refined by flashes of freshness
and clear but composed tannins. Elegant,
well defined and balanced, it boasts a noti-
ceable persistence with iodized remini-
scence. Aged in Allier barrels for 36
