iallo paglierino con screziature
dorate. Intensi profumi di pesca
gialla matura, tarassaco e mimosa. Al
palato è equilibrato, grazie alla suadente
morbidezza e alla stuzzicante sapidità
perfettamente integrate. Il finale è costella-
to da aromi di mandorla verde e timo.
Vinificato in acciaio, dove sosta a contatto
con i propri lieviti per 10 mesi. ROLLÉ
DI CONIGLIO

osso granato. Apre con fini sentori di
marasca, pepe nero e viola appassi-
ta, seguiti da nuance di tabacco. In bocca
mostra una buona struttura, caratterizzata
da una componente tannica decisa ma
gradevolmente evoluta. Di ottimo equili-
brio, chiude con raffinate sfumature di
rabarbaro e spezie che invitano al sorso
successivo. Matura in tonneau per 11

traw yellow hue with golden nuan-
ces. Intense aromas of ripe yellow
peach, dandelion and mimosa. On the
palate, it is balanced, thanks to a per-
suasive softness and a tantalizing savor
perfectly integrated. In the finish, sprin-
kles of green almond and thyme aro-
mas. Vinified in steel, where it stays on
its own yeasts for 10 months. ROLLÉ

arnet red hue. On the nose, hints
of morello cherry, black pepper
and withered viola, followed by tobacco
nuances. On the palate, it shows a good
structure, characterized by a firm but
pleasantly evolved tannic component.
Excellent balance, it closes with elegant
nuances of rhubarb and spices that invi-
te to the next sip. Aging in tonneau for
