olore verdolino. Apre con sentori
di fiori di campo, erba tagliata e
foglia di pomodoro, evidente fragranza
tipica dei vini giovani. Mela cotogna,
pompelmo rosa, frutto della passione.
Sorso secco, con freschezza quasi pun-
gente e pacata sapidità. Termina con
memorie di erbe aromatiche e mandor-
la verde. Maturazione in acciaio per 9

orpora, quasi violaceo. Profuma di
viola, rosa, lavanda, amarena e
frutta rossa sotto spirito. Cenno speziato
di pepe nero, ginepro. Al gusto discreta
nota alcolica con tannino ancora un po’
ruvido. Possiede buona struttura, chiude
amaricante, con un soffio di viola di
campo. In acciaio per 8 mesi.

hints of wild flowers, cut grass and
tomato leaf, evident fragrance typical of
young wines. Quince, pink grapefruit,
passion fruit. Dry sip, with almost pun-
gent freshness and delicate savor. It fini-
shes with reminiscences of aromatic
herbs and green almonds. Aging in steel

viola, rose, lavender, black cherry
and red fruit in alcohol. Spicy notes of
black pepper, juniper. On the palate, a
noticeable alcoholic note with tannins
that are still a bit rough. Good structu-
re, it closes embittering, with a hint of
wild viola. In steel for 8 months.
