iallo verdolino, è di buona consi-
stenza. Delicati profumi di gelso-
mino, mimosa, dragoncello, buccia
d'arancia. Leggera ma fresca sensazione
di menta. Al palato è morbido, avvol-
gente, con sapidità che si affaccia un
po’ timida. Il finale si assesta su toni
agrumati. Matura in cemento vetrificato
per 6 mesi.

ubino impenetrabile. Sentori terro-
si, china, radice amara, giacinto,
garofano, cioccolato amaro. Caldo in
bocca, di una morbidezza vellutata
bilanciata dalle note fresche e mitigata
da un tannino presente, non invasivo.
Termina su frutta rossa in confettura e
sotto spirito. In botte grande per 6 mesi.

consistency. Delicate aromas of
jasmine, mimosa, tarragon, orange
peel. Light but fresh sensation of mint.
On the palate, it is soft, enfolding, with
a slight savor. Citrusy tones in the finish.
Aging in vitrified cement for 6 months.

cinchona, bitter root, hyacinth, car-
nation, bitter chocolate. Warm in the
mouth, with a velvety softness balanced
by fresh notes and mitigated by a pre-
sent, non-invasive tannin. It ends with
red fruit in jams and in alcohol. In large
barrels for 6 months.
