olore paglierino con accennati
riflessi dorati e luminosi. Al naso
rivela intensità e complessità con richia-
mi di fiori secchi, foglia di limone, lime,
ananas, muschio e foglia di edera. Al
palato è prevalentemente fresco, quasi
citrino. Dotato di corpo, rende la beva
dinamica e intensa. Si congeda lenta-
mente. Maturazione in acciaio per 7
mesi.

OSTRICHE
P
aglierino con sfumature dorate, è
cristallino. All'olfatto si apre con
sentori di sambuco, ginestra essiccata,
banana, timo, pietra pomice e polvere
pirica. Sorso opulento, dotato di apprez-
zabile freschezza ben equilibrata da
dinamica morbidezza. Piacevole la per-
sistenza su aromi di frutta esotica.
Matura per 18 mesi in acciaio.

traw yellow hue with delicate golden
and luminous highlights. The nose
reveals intensity and complexity with
hints of dried flowers, lemon leaf, lime,
pineapple, musk and ivy leaf. On the
palate, it is mainly fresh, almost citrine.
Good body, it makes the drink dynamic
and intense. It finishes slowly. Maturation
in steel for 7 months.

ces, it is crystal clear. The nose
opens with hints of elderberry, dried
broom, banana, thyme, pumice stone
and gunpowder. Opulent sip, with
appreciable freshness well balanced by
dynamic softness. Pleasant persistence
on aromas of exotic fruit. It matures in
steel for 18 months.
