anto rubino. Nitidezza olfattiva dai
toni fruttati di ciliegia e prugna in
confettura. Scie balsamiche sostengono le
note di sottobosco e di fiori rossi appena
appassiti. Speziate leggerezze di pepe
nero. Il sorso è equilibrato, composto ras-
serena nella gestione del tannino e nella
lunghezza dei ricordi suggeriti dal primo
naso. Maturazione in barrique e tonneau
per 22 mesi.

R
osso rubino dalle sfumature granato.
Alterna sentori di carruba e funghi
secchi a percezioni di frutta rossa sotto spi-
rito e radici di genziana. Accenti tostati e
speziati. Alla beva mostra ancora vitalità
restando in equilibrio tra la nota alcolica e
quella tannica. Matura in barrique di rove-
re francese per 30 mesi.

uby hue. Olfactory clarity with fruity
scents of cherry and plum jam.
Balsamic trails support the notes of under-
growth and slightly withered red flowers.
Spicy lightness of black pepper. The balan-
ced and composed sip controls the presen-
ce of tannins. Long finish on consistent
recalls. Maturation in barrique and tonne-
au for 22 months.

uby red hue with garnet shades. It
alternates hints of carob and dried
mushrooms with perceptions of red fruit
in alcohol and gentian roots. Toasted
and spicy accents. On the palate, it still
shows vitality remaining in balance bet-
ween the alcoholic and tannic notes.
Aged in French oak barrels for 30
months.
