G iallo paglierino luminoso. Zagara e
acacia aprono al naso, seguiti da
profumi fruttati di prugna gialla e lime,
mandorla. Ricordi erbacei di timo. La fre-
schezza al palato aiuta a esaltare l’ampia
e piacevole sapidità, equilibrata da calde
e morbide sensazioni gliceriche. Lungo
finale salmastro. Matura in acciaio, una
piccola parte in barrique, per 8 mesi. n
RAVIOLI DI GAMBERI AL VAPORE
R ubino tenue. Evidenti fragranze di
rosa rossa e glicine contornate da
nette percezioni di muschio e legno
secco. Il frutto è una marasca che sfuma
su accenni di grafite. La componente
acida si presenta irruente al palato,
amplificata dal tannino ancora giovane
che fa prospettare un’ottima evoluzione.
In botte grande per 12 mesi. n

Bright straw yellow. Orange blossom and
acacia open on the nose, followed by
fruity aromas of yellow plum and lime,
almond. Herbal recalls of thyme. The fre-
shness on the palate helps to enhance the
ample and pleasant flavor, balanced bywarm
and soft glyceric sensations. Long brackish
finish. Aged in steel, a small part in barrique,

Alcohol 13.5% - €12 – Btls. 20,000
P ale ruby hue. Evident fragrances of red
rose and wisteria surrounded by clear
perceptions of moss and dry wood. Fruity
scents of cherry fade into hints of graphite.
Its acidic component is impetuous on the
palate, amplified by still young tannins
which indicate an excellent evolution. In
