Colore paglierino con infiltrazioni
dorate. Olfatto intenso ove sentieri
di ginestre si incrociano con ricordi di
mimosa e giacinto, cedro, ananas e
mandorla. Al gusto è dinamico, caldo e
avvolgente, equilibrato e maturo.
Persistente su ritorni ammandorlati e
iodati. Matura per 8 mesi in acciaio. n
SARDONCINI IN SCAPECE
Giallo oro antico, luminoso, è con-
sistente. Toni vanigliati e di idro-
carburi. Prugna gialla, miele, nespola,
uva passa e avocado. Al palato è prota-
gonista la morbidezza, ben sostenuta da
freschezza e corpo. L'epilogo lungo ed
evoluto vira su sensazioni legnose e
sapide. Maturazione in acciaio per 9

Straw yellow hue with golden streaks.
Intense nose where a trail of broom
intersect with recalls of mimosa and hya-
cinth, cedar, pineapple and almond. The
taste is dynamic, warm and enveloping,
balanced and ripe. Persistent on almond
and iodized recalls. It ages for 8 months in

Vanilla and hydrocarbon tones.
Yellow plum, honey, medlar, raisin and avo-
cado. Softness is the protagonist on the
palate, well supported by freshness and
body. The long and evolved finish turns on
woody and savory sensations. Aging in
steel for 9 months and in bottle for 12
