prugna gialla, timo, maggiorana e
delicata nota di cedro su sfondo di mandor-
la. Sorso pieno e decisamente caldo, in per-
fetto equilibrio con acidità e puntuale sapi-
dità. Appagante epilogo con ritorni fruttati e
di mandorla.

PESCE SPADA GRATINATO

ubino fitto e consistente. Prugna
rossa, marasca e visciola, vaniglia
e rinfrescanti note di legno bagnato ed
eucalipto. Al palato la trama tannica
assicura immediato bilanciamento alle
sensazioni caloriche. Finale persistente
con riverberi di frutta rossa e tracce bal-
samiche.
