mandorla verde, tiglio e asparago
bianco. Al sorso acidità e sapidità scalpi-
tanti ma il buon recupero finale della
morbidezza alcolica riporta con sobrietà
a una beva ben equilibrata e piacevole.
Termina gradevolmente amaricante ricor-
dando la scorza di limone. n CANAPÈ
DI PASTA SFOGLIA AL FORMAGGIO
Porpora fitto. Apre su tamarindo, rabar-
baro, fiori di garofano e geranio.
Muschio e refolo di rosmarino sovrapposti
a caffè e cacao si intrecciano a ginepro e
croccanti frutti di sottobosco. La bocca,
fresca e sapida, è nobilitata da un tannino
addomesticato che porta a una scia finale

Dense purple hue. It opens on hints of
tamarind, rhubarb, carnation flowers
and geranium. Musk and a gust of rose-
mary overlaying on coffee and cocoa are
intertwined with juniper and crunchy wild
fruits.The mouth, fresh and savory, is enno-
bled by tamed tannins that lead to a final
