P aglierino luminoso. Al naso preval-
gono sentori di rosa gialla e gine-
stra intarsiati di erbe aromatiche come il
timo. Seguono prugna gialla e una chia-
ra nota di mandorla. Avvolgente al
gusto, dove la percezione di calore è
evidente ma contrastata dall'ottima fre-
schezza. n ROMBO AL FORNO CON
PATATE E CARCIOFI
R ubino giovanile. Piacevoli profumi
di rosa rossa e geranio precedono
marasca e prugna rossa. Ricordi erbacei
di legno secco e verdure cotte, infine
una nota speziata di noce moscata.
Desta il palato con sapidità e freschezza
spalleggiate da un evidente tannino, che
preannuncia un ottimo futuro. n

B right straw yellow. On the nose,
hints of yellow rose and broom
mixed with aromatic herbs such as thyme.
Then yellow plum and a clear note of
almond. Enveloping on the palate, where
the perception of warmth is evident but
contrasted by excellent freshness. n

savor and freshness supported by evident
tannins, which anticipates a great future.
