dolini. Tenui e delicati, i profumi
sono di mimosa, bosso e kiwi. Il sorso è
sapido e nonostante il discreto calore
che si percepisce l'acidità spalleggia il
sale rendendo la struttura salda e in
equilibrio.

ACCIUGHE E CAPPERI

cintillante paglierino. Salvia e ori-
gano, albicocca e prugna gialla,
fiori di ginestra e brezza marina iodata.
Morbido, l'alcol si infrange contro il
muro acido-sapido. Cresce in bocca
esponenzialmente, concludendo su un
finale di liquirizia e leggero ammandor-
lato.

highlights. Soft and delicate, with
aromas of mimosa, boxwood and kiwi.
The sip is savory and despite the fair
heat that is perceived, the acidity sup-

broom flowers and iodized sea breeze.
Soft, the alcohol crashes against an
