ubino vivo che esprime gioventù.
Garofano, ribes rosso, radice amara e
cenni vegetali che ricordano piccoli pepero-
ni verdi. Al palato spicca il tannino che,
accompagnato adeguatamente dall'alcol,
porta a una fresca e golosa chiusura su stec-
ca di liquirizia.

PATATE AL FORNO

ubino pieno. China, rabarbaro,
lavanda, pietra focaia, erbe officina-
li e frutti rossi sotto spirito. Tabacco dolce
e nota medicinale. La bocca è materica,
avvolta da calibrato calore e tanta fre-
schezza. Tannino armonioso, vellutato.
Finisce lungo su mirtilli e ribes nero.

Carnation, red currant, bitter root
and vegetal hints recalling small green
peppers. The tannins stands out on the

finish on a licorice stick.

freshness. Harmonious, velvety tannins. It
ends lingering on blueberries and black
currants.
