highlights. Intense on the nose, it
reveals hints of jasmine, acacia, elder-
berry. Then lemon verbena, white pep-
per, biscuit, mango and banana.
Satisfying sip, with acidity and softness
in excellent balance. It slowly takes its
leave with recalls of chamomile.

Intenso al naso, rivela sentori di gel-
somino, acacia, sambuco. Poi erba cedri-
na, pepe bianco, biscotto, mango e bana-
na. Sorso che soddisfa, con acidità e mor-
bidezza in ottimo equilibrio. Si congeda
lentamente con ricordi di camomilla.

COTOLETTA DI TONNO AL SESAMO
R
ubino pieno. Ricorda garofano e
geranio, sfalci d'erba, basilico, pru-
gna matura, anguria. Toni terrosi, di
muschio. Entra in bocca con grande per-
sonalità. Morbido e fresco in egual misu-
ra, dolcemente tannico e rispondente.
Lunga persistenza su aromi di frutta
rossa.
