D orato. Prugna, pera williams,
tarassaco e rosa tea; sullo sfondo
rabarbaro e canfora. In bocca entra con
una certa aggressività dovuta alla note-
vole struttura e all'alcolicità ben perce-
pibile. Morbido e intenso, ritorni fruttati
di mela cotogna concludono la beva.
Matura in acciaio per 12 mesi.
SPAGHETTI CON BOTTARGA DI
TONNO
R osso rubino. Inizialmente timido
regala poi tanti profumi: amarena
in confettura, fiori rossi appassiti, legno
di sandalo e ginepro. Poi nocciola tosta-
ta e goudron. Al palato è robusto, alco-
lico, con tannini evidenti e vivi. Lascia
la bocca piacevolmente asciutta e palpi-
tante. Maturazione metà in acciaio e
metà in barrique per 12 mesi.

G olden hue. Plum, Williams pear,
dandelion and Tea rose; rhubarb
and camphor in the background. On
the palate, it enters with a certain
aggressiveness due to a remarkable
structure and a well-perceptible alco-
holicity. Soft and intense, fruity returns
of quince close the tasting. Aging in
steel for 12 months. SPAGHETTI
CON BOTTARGA DI TONNO

40%Montepulciano, 20%Cabernet
Sauvignon, 20% Petit verdot, 20% Sangiovese
Alcohol 15% - € 20 - Btls. 800
Ruby red hue. Initially faint, it offers
many scents: black cherry jam,
withered red flowers, sandalwood and
juniper. Then roasted hazelnut and
goudron. On the palate, it is robust,
alcoholic, with evident and lively tan-
nins. It leave your mouth pleasantly dry
and vibrant. Aging partly in steel and
partly in barrique for 12 months.
