iallo paglierino con riflessi dorati. Il
timbro olfattivo è disposto su decise
note di pietra focaia, arancia sanguinella,
rosmarino, mandorla e susina matura.
Esemplari l'eleganza e l'equilibrio gustati-
vo, il sorso è vivo, sostenuto da freschezza
e arricchito da aromi agrumati. Il finale è
persistente e appagante. Matura in acciaio
per 15 mesi.
CALAMARI RIPIENI AL

ubino profondo. Cacao e caffè, poi
tabacco biondo, vaniglia e fiori di
viola essiccati. Ciliegia e sottobosco.
Bacche di ginepro ed echi balsamici. Al
palato dimostra grande sostanza, con la
componente alcolica importante e il tanni-
no ancora in tensione. Retrogusto di aran-
cia rossa. Rimane in barrique per 12 mesi.
Una volta in bottiglia trascorrono altri 24
mesi.

highlihts. On the nose, definite notes
of flint, blood orange, rosemary, almond
and ripe plum. Exemplar elegance and
gustative balance, the sip is alive, sup-
ported by freshness and enriched by
citrus aromas. The finish is persistent and
satisfying. Aging in steel for 15 months.

eep ruby hue. Cocoa and coffee,
then blonde tobacco, vanilla and
dried viola. Cherry and undergrowth.
Juniper berries and balsamic echoes. On
the palate, it shows great consistency, with
an important alcohol component, still
tense tannin. Red orange aftertaste. It
remains in barrique for 12 months. Once
in bottle, it ages for further 24 months.
