iallo dorato. All'olfatto sentori di
fieno, nespole e fiori di tarassaco
appassiti. Al gusto è di buona struttura,
indugia sulle morbidezze, con un'avvol-
gente componente alcolica che domina
nel finale, dove si evidenziano note evo-
lutive e si mostra coerente con le perce-
zioni olfattive. Fermenta e matura in
anfora per 12 mesi.

osso rubino luminoso. Eleganti
profumi di mora, viola e anice,
seguiti da nuance di tabacco. Raffinato
nel suo ingresso in bocca, con tannino
deciso ma cesellato e suadente alcolici-
tà. Di grande struttura e gradevolezza,
chiude con intriganti aromi di frutti di
bosco e promette ulteriori emozioni a
lungo nel tempo. In barrique e tonneau

olden yellowhue. On the nose, scents
of hay, loquats and withered dande-
lion flowers. The taste is of good structure, it
lingers on softness, with an enfolding alco-
holic component that dominates the finish,
where evolutionary notes are highlighted
and are consistent with olfactory percep-
tions. Fermentation and aging in amphora
for 12 months.

by nuances of tobacco. Refined in its entry
into the mouth, with decisive but proper
tannins and persuasive alcoholicity. Of
