aglierino dai riflessi verdolini.
Evidente apertura olfattiva minerale,
polvere da sparo e ghiaia; poi ginestra,
tarassaco e giuggiola. Ingresso in bocca
avvolgente e di corpo, si connota subito
per l’equilibrio fra morbidezza e freschez-
za. Nel finale sapido si intrecciano la nota
erbacea e i ritorni minerali persistenti di
pietra focaia. Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.

este dorata di bella luminosità.
Elegante al naso: rosa, pesca e una
nota burrosa. Si schiudono a seguire sento-
ri marini iodati e salmastri. Al sorso si
armonizza la freschezza ancora tesa a una
trama vellutata e fine, sempre sostenuta
dallo spessore di un buon corpo. La chiu-
sura con ricordi di frutta secca ripropone
anche la penetrante nota marina.
Maturazione in acciaio per 24 mesi.

highlights. Evident mineral olfactory
opening, gunpowder and gravel; then
broom, dandelion and jujube. Enfolding
and full-bodied in the mouth, it immedia-
tely denotes balance between softness and
freshness. In the savory finish the herbace-
ous note and the persistent mineral flint
stone returns intertwined. Aging in steel for

Elegant on the nose: rose, peach and
a buttery notes. Then iodine and salty
scents. On the palate, freshness is harmo-
nized to a velvety and fine texture, always
supported by the depth of a good body.
The finish with scents of dried fruit also
recalls a penetrating salty note. Aging in
