somino che virano poi su pesca bianca
ed erba appena tagliata. Sorso animato
da vivace freschezza, con sapidità in
progressione che regala profondità.
Chiusura su ricordi di agrumi. Permane
in acciaio per 6 mesi, sui lieviti.
PICCATINA AL LIMONE
C
olore paglierino. Spettro olfattivo
generoso che spazia dalla ginestra
alla prugna gialla, dalla nespola alla sal-
via e alloro, con agrumato di pompelmo
sullo sfondo. Palato voluminoso e
avvolgente, di vigorosa e dinamica sapi-
dità che garantisce lunga persistenza su
erbe aromatiche e note di limone.
Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.
