melissa, avocado e ghiaia bagnata.
Grande equilibrio gustativo con l'alcoli-
cità che viene arginata dalla freschezza.
Di buona persistenza, con la scia sapida
che trascina sensazioni di erbette aro-
matiche, sidro di mela e cannella.
Vinificato in acciaio per 6 mesi.

ubino intenso con riflessi purpurei.
Ribes e ciliegie sotto spirito, pepe,
rabarbaro. Note vegetali. Al gusto è
caldo e tannico; il connubio tra calore e
asciuttezza apportano un valore aggiun-
to alla piacevolezza e sottintendono
una longevità invitante. Retrogusto di
timo, cacao e mentuccia. In barrique
per 18 mesi.

notes, crystal clear. Pear, broom
and lemon balm with hints of avocado
and wet gravel. Great taste balance
with alcohol content that is measured
by freshness. Of good persistence, savo-
ry trail with sensations of aromatic
herbs, apple cider and cinnamon.
Vinified in steel for 6 months.

in alcohol, pepper, rhubarb. Vegetal

Aftertaste of thyme, cocoa and mint.
Ferments in steel and ages in barrique
for 18 months.
