P aglierino pieno. Naso piacevole ed
esuberante che perdura su toni flo-
reali di camomilla e ginestra. Seguono
prugna gialla e nespola, poi ricordi eso-
tici di mango. Fresco al gusto, dalla viva-
ce sapidità, sicuramente caldo. Si pro-
lunga con una considerevole persisten-
za. Vinificazione in acciaio per 6 mesi.
n GNOCCHI PORRO E GAMBERI
Veste paglierino. Nuance variegate
che aprono con accenni di rosa
gialla e camomilla, mentre il tratto frut-
tato è di pesca e mela cotogna. Foglia di
tè e fragranze di anice stellato.
Freschezza e sapidità si accompagnano
a percezioni di calore, che aiutano ad
armonizzare la beva. Fermenta e matura
parte in acciaio e parte in barrique per

F ull straw yellow hue. Pleasant and
exuberant nose that persists on flo-
ral tones of chamomile and broom.
Followed by yellow plum and medlar,
then exotic scents of mango. Fresh on
the palate, with a lively savor, clearly
warm. It lingers with considerable persi-
stence. Vinification in steel for 6 months.

S traw yellow hue. Variegated nuan-
ces open with hints of yellow rose
and chamomile, while the fruity trait is
of peach and quince. Tea leaf and star
anise fragrances. Freshness and savor
are accompanied by perceptions of
warmth, which help to harmonize the
drink. It ferments and ages partly in
steel and partly in barrique for 12
